Are you wondering whether your four-legged friend can come with you to the South Tyrolean mountains, how the deposit works and whether you can take out travel insurance just in case? We provide the answers here.

Prices

The prices quoted are per person and night. The price does not include the local tax, which is calculated per person and night (from 14 years of age) and is paid on site.

Supplements & reductions

Pets: Dogs are welcome on the ground floor, they will be charged € 20.00 per day (without meals).
Final cleaning: € 50.00 (from summer 2025: € 55.00)
Breakfast basket: There are four different breakfast baskets to choose from.
Dine Around: 10% discount or free aperitif/digestive for Montanaris guests in our partner establishments Restaurant/Pizzeria Samyr and Restaurant/Pizzeria Mexico City.

Holiday cancellation insurance
In the event of cancellation, you are covered by our Montanaris insurance. For only € 2.50 (from summer 2025: € 3.50) per person per night, all possible cancellation costs are covered in the event of accident, illness or death of the insured person, children, siblings, parents or grandparents. If you would like to take advantage of this offer, please book the insurance while making your reservation. In the event of a cancellation, 100% of the total price will be due.
Bill payment options
Your hotel bill can be paid in cash, by cheque or by card. Please note the maximum limit for cash payments allowed in Italy.

General information

Arrival and departure
Check-in: from 3:00 pm.
Check-out: by 10:00 am.
Pets
Dogs are welcome to bring their mistresses and masters with them on holiday. We charge € 20.00 per day for your four-legged friends. The dog owner is liable for any damage and we reserve the right to claim on your dog liability insurance.
Non-smoking apartments
Smoking is not permitted in any of the apartments or anywhere in the house. We ask for your understanding.
Laundry
Your socks are in need of a wash? Are there stains on your favourite blouse or shirt? Not a problem! We are happy to provide you with a washing machine and dryer for a small surcharge.
Bathrobes & towels
On request & for a deposit of € 100.00 (in cash) we will be happy to provide you with 2 bath bags with towels and a bathrobe)
Sauna towels are always available in the wellness area.
Bathing slippers
Our environment is very important to us, which is why we have decided not to provide disposable plastic bathing slippers. We therefore ask you to bring your own slippers or flip flops from home.
Final cleaning
The final cleaning is not included in the price. We charge € 50.00 (from summer 2025: € 55.00) per apartment and reserve the right to charge for any damage caused.
