Here’s how we put responsibility into practice:
Rooted in the region
- Eggs from Santerhof farm in Niederdorf
- Honey directly from a beekeeper in Niederdorf
- Milk, butter, cheese & yogurt from the Drei Zinnen dairy
- South Tyrolean wines – exclusively from the region
- Local beer from Niederdorf: Pustertaler Freiheit
- Regional juices, apple juice & teas – also in the wellness area
- Cooperation with local suppliers & craftsmen (preferably from Niederdorf)
- Recommendations and promotion of local restaurants and shops
Avoid waste. Protect resources.
- Plastic-free – we use glass and reusable bottles
- Bath slippers available for purchase only – for the sake of the environment
- Shampoo & detergents in refill containers
- Environmentally friendly, recyclable toilet paper
- Coffee cups made from corn
- Systematic waste separation – twice a week we personally bring everything to the recycling center
- Organic waste is reused in agriculture
- Towels are changed only when truly necessary
